Little fairy flying about,
Did you know my tooth fell out?
Caught a soccer ball in the face again,
But this time I have a toothless grin.
Satin pocket lined in blue,
I will put it under my pillow just for you.
The sun is shining ever so bright,
through my window this mid-summer night.
Mom says it's bedtime just the same,
Sandman will you come visit me again?
The hour grows late and I can't sleep,
I want to sail to the moon in my dreams.
Sandman won't you drizzle your dust,
so I can be off to dreamland, for I must.
